Responsibilities

• Take orders and answer questions or offer menu suggestions.
• Communicate with culinary team regarding allergies, dietary needs and special requests.
• Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
• Present accurate check and process payment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
• Clean and set up tables.
• Complete opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive wine and spirits knowledge
• Must have a valid TABC and Food Handlers Certification
