Job summary

Silver Birch Living is hiring a Server to join our Culinary Team. You will help create a warm, restaurant-style dining experience that makes every meal enjoyable for our residents. You’ll seat guests, take orders, and ensure timely service with a focus on friendliness and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic food safety knowledge requested.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Experience in food service or restaurant settings is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat residents and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Help ensure meals are served accurately and on time.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables after meals.
• Assist with dishwashing when needed.
• Help keep the dining room clean and welcoming while providing great customer service.
