Chili's in Frankfort, Kentucky is hiring friendly Servers who bring warmth and guest-focused service to every table. You will learn our menu, explain offerings, and provide hospitable, customized experiences.

Choose a flexible schedule with options for part-time or full-time; prior experience is a plus. You will work with a great team in a fast-paced casual dining environment and contribute to a welcoming, safe dining room.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
• Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

• Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Provides a customized experience for every Guest
• Prior experience a plus
