Chili's is hiring servers to deliver great hospitality and a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced environment. You will learn menu details to confidently explain offerings and assist Guests with their selections, while supporting opening and closing duties and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining space.

Applicants should bring a positive attitude, strong Guest service skills, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Role Overview

Our Servers don't just provide our Guests with amazing food and drinks. They deliver hospitality and service that is absolutely Chili's! If you take pride in providing great service and love making people feel special, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
• Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

About You

• Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members
• Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Provides a customized experience for every Guest
• Prior experience a plus
