Job summary

Chili's is hiring servers to deliver welcoming hospitality and attentive service, guiding Guests through our menu and offerings. You will support smooth dining experiences, learn menu details, and contribute to opening and closing duties while collaborating with teammates to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role supports a fast-paced environment with potential weekend, weekday, and holiday shifts. Prior serving experience is a plus, and growth opportunities exist within a lively, team-centered
