Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional table service, anticipate guest needs, and contribute to a warm dining atmosphere. You will present menus, take orders, and ensure accuracy and presentation while building guest satisfaction across busy service periods.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or hospitality experience, strong guest service and communication skills, and the ability to stand and lift up to 40–50 pounds.

What You Will Do

• Process payments accurately using POS systems
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking dutiesSupport team members to ensure timely and coordinated service
• Address guest concerns professionally and elevate when needed
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
