Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking passionate servers to join our front-of-house team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will guide guests through menus, take accurate orders with a POS, and ensure prompt, attentive service to every table.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with payment processing and basic math skills.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive service to create a welcoming experience.
• Take and enter accurate orders using a POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Deliver food and drinks with speed and professionalism.
• Handle payments and cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Follow alcohol service guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
