Qualifications

• Previous server experience or food & beverage service preferred, training provided.
• Outgoing, social personality with a passion for guest service in hotel dining.
• Excellent communication and active listening; read tables and anticipate guest needs.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong team-player in a high-volume setting.
• Able to handle high-volume service and work well under pressure with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to all guests — create personal connections through friendly conversation and a welcoming dining atmosphere.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties to ensure smooth operations each shift.
• Maintain expert knowledge of menu items and ingredients; confidently answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality, presentation, and overall dining experience from start to finish.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a friendly, safe, professional hotel restaurant environment.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork and reconciliation.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
