Job summary

P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. is immediately hiring dining room servers, waitresses and waiters for on-site positions in Massachusetts.

No prior experience is required as training is provided, with emphasis on delivering an exceptional guest experience and hospitality. Food service duties include taking orders, guiding guests through their dining experience, and processing payments while maintaining sanitation and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and answer guest questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
