Primanti Bros. in Monaca, PA, is seeking a part-time server to join our iconic Pittsburgh-area brand. You will greet guests, explain menu options, upsell specials, and ensure quick, accurate order delivery with attentive service.

Responsibilities include POS entry, handling payments, maintaining a clean station, and adhering to safety and sanitation standards while working closely with team members to create a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to write and read the English language.
• Good communication skills, friendly, and people oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask.
• Possesses basic math skills.
• Completes and passes RAMP and/or TIPS certification per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet Fans and provide warm, friendly service.
• Explain menu and promotions; answer questions.
• Upsell and suggest specials or events.
• Take and enter orders accurately into POS system.
• Deliver food and follow up for quality.
• Maintain clean station and prep area; reset as needed.
• Follow alcohol service procedures and verify age.
• Process payments following established procedures.
• Keep station tidy and assist with table upkeep.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies throughout shift.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Complete opening, shift-change, and closing checklists.
