Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest service preferred, training provided.
• Excellent communication and active listening to anticipate guest needs.
• Positive, can-do attitude with strong teamwork in a fast-paced hotel dining environment.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service with a warm, engaging dining atmosphere.
• Handle setup, side work, and closing duties for smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction from first course to final check.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a professional hotel restaurant environment.
• Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
