Qualifications

• Experience in server or F&B customer service preferred; training provided.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to all guests — creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive menu suggestions, and a warm, engaging dining atmosphere.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties to ensure smooth operations each shift.
• Maintain expert knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes — answer guest questions confidently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality, beverage presentation, and overall dining experience from start to finish.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly, safe, and professional hotel restaurant environment.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and complete end-of-shift paperwork and reconciliation.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador for the hotel and restaurant.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality to keep guests returning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
