Qualifications

• Previous server or food and beverage experience preferred, but training is provided.
• Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong team-player mindset.
• Ability to handle high-volume service and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service with friendly interactions.
• Set up, side work, and closing duties for smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and garnishes.
• Ensure guest satisfaction from first course to final check.
• Promote teamwork in a safe, professional hotel restaurant environment.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork and reconciliation.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
