Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests with friendly conversation and menu knowledge.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties for smooth operations.
• Answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Ensure consistent guest satisfaction with food quality and dining experience from start to finish.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe, professional work environment.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and complete end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
