White Lodging Services, Inc. is hiring a Server to join our hotel restaurant and food & beverage team. You’ll deliver high-quality service, swap shifts easily via our scheduling app, and grow within a multi-property hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Prior server or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Willingness to be trained for the role.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service with friendly conversation.
• Handle setup, side work, and closing duties for smooth operations.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and preparations to answer questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food, drinks, and dining experience.
• Support teamwork and maintain a safe, professional workplace.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain neat personal appearance as a hotel/restaurant ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
