White Lodging is hiring a Server to join our hotel restaurant and food and beverage team in San Antonio, TX. You will deliver high-quality service, share menu knowledge, and create welcoming moments for guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

We offer daily pay options, flexible scheduling via our app, and benefits including health insurance and a 401(k). Prior experience is welcome but training is provided, with opportunities across multiple properties in the market.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, social personality with passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong team-player mindset.
• Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods; weekends/holidays.
• Previous server or food & beverage experience preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests with personal connections.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties for smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and garnishes; answer guests confidently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality, presentation, and dining experience.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a professional hotel restaurant environment.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork and reconciliation.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
