Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.
• Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.
• Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral.
• The role involves working in areas with low or dim lighting.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service.
• Extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu; recommend and upsell.
• Prepare food and condiments adhering to Outback standards.
• Ensure accuracy with guest orders to satisfy customers.
• Buss tables, deliver food and beverages, and WOW customers through teamwork.
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Contribute to teamwork across all restaurant areas as needed.
