Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group Career Center is seeking a Server for Outback Steakhouse, where you will deliver friendly, attentive service and help craft a memorable dining experience for every guest. You will build knowledge of the menu to make informed recommendations and upsell where appropriate.

You will be part of a team, assisting with table bussing, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining strict safety and cleanliness standards throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations with friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to the customer’s preference.
• Required to have extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu, and be able to recommend, upsell, and reinforce the customers’ orders.
• Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments, following Outback standards; check orders for accuracy with guest prior to handoff to ensure satisfaction.
• Team player and assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring opportunity to WOW a customer is completed.
• Committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift.
