Qualifications

• Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service taught through in-house training.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work in clean, proper uniform and maintains good hygiene.
• Greets guests warmly and courteously.
• Handles cash, credit card information, and gift cards accurately.
• Takes verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference.
• Serves high quality food and ensures orders are complete and well-presented.
• Maintains cleanliness of work station and pantry.
• Performs side work and restocks as needed.
• Executes service cycle and team responsibilities.
• Maintains knowledge of menu to upsell.
• Writes guest checks and operates POS as per policy.
• Monitors systems for any issues and communicates with management.
