Responsibilities

• Demonstrates outstanding hospitality and service throughout each shift with customers, managers, and team members.
• Demonstrates teamwork.
• Takes food and beverage orders from customers.
• Accepts customer payments and processes quickly and accurately in accordance with cash handling policies.
• Follows cash handling policies and procedures.
• Completes opening, shift, and closing duties.
• Delivers food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Upsells when options exist for liquor or food items.
• Follows sanitation and safety policies.
• Maintains server stations stocked.
• Ensures table maintenance throughout dining experience.
• Able to fill in as needed to ensure a smooth experience for customers and team members.
• Maintains a safe working environment and reports safety issues to management.
• Maintains valid state and local food and alcohol certifications.
