Job summary

Genghis Grill is seeking a Server who delivers timely, accurate, and friendly service while growing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will deliver orders, maintain cleanliness, and process payments with care.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders from customers.
• Accepts payments and processes quickly and accurately per cash handling policies.
• Upsells where appropriate to increase sales and profitability.
• Delivers items, maintains dining room cleanliness, and ensures safe, sanitary environment.
• Completes opening, shift, and closing duties.
• Maintains server stations and table maintenance throughout the dining experience.
• Adheres to all Genghis Grill policies and procedures.
• Addresses non-routine situations with management when needed.
