Job summary

The Charles in Dallas' Design District invites energetic hosts to join our Italian-inspired night spot. You will greet guests, seat them, present menus, take and relay orders, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

This role requires excellent communication, the ability to stay upbeat under pressure, and teamwork with kitchen and service staff. A positive attitude and punctuality are essential.

• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Issue bills and accept payment.

You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude.
