Job summary

The Post Oak in South Lake Tahoe is seeking a Server Assistant to support our dining team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role offers structured training programs, growth opportunities, and benefits through a team that values diversity and a positive work environment.

You will assist servers, maintain clean stations, and ensure supplies are stocked while adhering to guidelines. This position is tipped and offers scalable earnings with customer-facing interactions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience preferred, but training available.
• Able to lift and move heavy objects.
• Strong people skills and a well-groomed appearance.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
• Assist servers to provide the highest quality dining experience possible consistent with restaurant and regulatory guidelines
• Remove used tableware and reset tables; provide clean and polished utensils, organize condiments, spot sweep carpets, wipe off chairs
• Replenish station and restroom supplies as needed
