Friendship Village Chesterfield seeks a part-time Server to provide outstanding dining service for residents in our Skilled Nursing and Rehab community. This role emphasizes relationship-building, exceptional service, and compassionate care for older adults.

The Evening Shift runs 4:00pm–7:30pm. Prior hospitality, healthcare, or customer service experience is welcome, with opportunities for growth and on-demand pay benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents in the Skilled Nursing dining room.
• Assist residents with meal selections while following dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room.
• Work closely with Culinary and Nursing teams to meet resident dining needs.
• Follow food safety, infection prevention, and sanitation procedures.
• Create a welcoming dining experience through excellent customer service and compassionate care.

Server Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents in the Skilled Nursing dining room
