Friendship Village Chesterfield is seeking a part-time Server to provide outstanding dining service to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Morning and evening shifts available.

You will create a welcoming dining experience, assist with menu selections, deliver meals, and help maintain cleanliness and safety in the dining room while collaborating with Culinary and Nursing teams. Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents in the Skilled Nursing dining room.
• Assist residents with meal selections while ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed.
• Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room.
• Work closely with the Culinary and Nursing teams to meet resident dining needs.
• Follow food safety, infection prevention, and sanitation procedures.

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Server to provide outstanding dining service to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults.

Available Openings

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Server Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents in the Skilled Nursing dining room

• Assist residents with meal selections while ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed

• Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner

• Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meal service

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room

• Work closely with the Culinary and Nursing teams to meet resident dining needs
