Job summary

Pegasus Preserve of Memorial City is seeking a Server to provide compassionate dining service to residents in our senior living community. The role emphasizes timely food service, clean dining areas, and clear communication with residents and team members.

Applicants should have at least one year of hospitality or senior living experience, strong English communication skills, and good judgment. The position offers flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to residents within scheduled times.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and kitchen areas.
• Communicate clearly with residents and staff about service needs.
• Assist with program activities and resident comfort as needed.
