Job summary

The Rivers at Puyallup Independent Living and Assisted Living is seeking a Server to support residents with warm, timely dining experiences. You will prepare food items, serve meals, and help maintain a clean dining area in a friendly senior living community.

We value clear English communication, good judgment, and a team-focused approach. Previous hospitality or senior living exposure is preferred, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents and staff.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Previous hospitality, full service or senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items and serves food to residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas including kitchen and dining room.
• Assist with meal service and post-service clean up.

Highlights of the Sever Position

• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Demonstrates good judgment problem solving and decision making skills
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame
• Cleans and maintains food service areas including kitchen and dining room
• A minimum of one 1 year relevant experience in hospitality full service or senior living preferred

Salary & Benefits
