Job summary

Regency Grand is seeking a Server (Dining Services Associate) to create a safe, comfortable dining experience for our seniors. You will help identify dietary needs and deliver nutritious meals while forming lasting connections with residents and families.

The role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with a focus on respectful, patient-centered service and teamwork in a supportive Cascade Living environment.

As a Server (Dining Services Associate) you’re responsible for creating a safe, comfortable and pleasant dining experience for our seniors. Unlike other serving positions in hospitality (restaurants, hotels, resorts), in this role you’ll have the opportunity to build life‑long relationships serving our residents the nutritious meals that keep them thriving every day.

• Work with the dining room manager to identify dietary needs and develop appropriate dietary plans

What you can expect to do as a Server (Dining Services Associate) for Regency Grand:

• Prepare dining room for all meals, completing the pre‑meal procedures
• Fill resident food requests, transport food to dining room or deliver service trays to resident’s units
• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
• Use proper tasting techniques to understand the flavor of all entrees and have knowledge of their ingredients, prior to meal service
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Ability to understand menus and answer questions that might arise
• Ensure cleanliness in both kitchen and dining room
• Actively participates as a member of a team and is committed to working toward goals set by management
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

Required Certifications:

• Food Workers Card

$16.90 - $18.90/hour
*Depending on experience

Job Type:

• Part Time
• 3:30pm-7pm Saturday & Monday-Tuesday
• 6am-1:30pm Saturday-Monday
• Weekend Availability Required
