Job summary

Cascade Living is seeking a Dining Room Server at Heritage Springs to create a safe, comfortable dining experience for our seniors. You’ll build relationships with residents and families while delivering nutritious meals and maintaining high service standards.

Expect duties include meal prep support, serving, teamwork, and ensuring dining area cleanliness, with evening and weekend shifts; CPR/First Aid and Food Workers Card required.

As a Dining Room Server you’re responsible for creating a safe, comfortable and pleasant dining experience for our seniors. Unlike other serving positions in hospitality (restaurants, hotels, resorts), in this role you’ll have the opportunity to build life-long relationships serving our residents the nutritious meals that keep them thriving every day.

What you can expect to do as a Dining Room Server for Heritage Springs:

• Prepare dining room for all meals, completing the pre-meal procedures

• Fill resident food requests, transport food to dining room or deliver service trays to resident’s units

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff

• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management

• Ability to understand menus and answer questions that might arise

• Ensure cleanliness in both kitchen and dining room

• Actively participates as a member of a team and is committed to working toward goals set by management

• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

Position Requirements:

• CPR/ First Aid certification

• Food Workers Card

$13.50 - $15.50/hour
