Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is hiring a Server in Middletown, OH to support the culinary team in our Bread Basket dining experience. You will serve meals and assist residents, while maintaining a clean dining room and dish area.

Day shifts available with a full benefits package for eligible employees. Roles offer daily pay options and opportunities to grow within a caregiver-focused community.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Learner’s Mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision‑making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve food timely following Bickford’s process.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedure.
• Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet Bickford’s cleanliness expectations.
