Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Server to support our culinary team in a restaurant-style dining environment for residents. The role involves serving meals on time, engaging with residents during meals, and keeping the dining and dish areas clean in accordance with our procedures.

The position offers a full suite of benefits and daily pay options. A Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one is required, along with a learner’s mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve food timely following established process.
• Engage with residents in the Dining Room to enhance dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans per procedure.
• Complete tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and dish area to standard.
