Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Prep Cook for our Middletown, OH community. You will prepare meals per menus and serve residents in a restaurant-style setting called the Bread Basket. This role includes dishwashing, maintaining records, and coordinating with the Kitchen Manager for tours and events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following menus, processes, and expectations.
• Serve food timely, at correct temperatures, and properly plated.
• Ensure dining service and kitchen procedures are followed.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room to enhance their experience.
• Wash dishes and pots following procedures.
• Follow the Kitchen Daily Task Guide.
• Use Meal Order Information forms to follow diets and allergies.
• Maintain food service records per regulatory and policy requirements.
• Store food per regulatory requirements and policies.
• Complete tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain kitchen and dining room cleanliness per standards.
• Stock Bistro/Beverage Bar with refreshments.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Manager for tours and events.
