Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Server to support the culinary team in a restaurant-style dining experience for our residents, part of the Bread Basket concept. You will help serve meals, interact with residents, and assist with dishwashing and cleaning in a friendly, caring environment.

The role offers multiple schedules (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN) with benefits, daily pay options, and eligibility for PTO and a 401(k) with employer match, reflecting our commitment to a supportive team

• Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Serve food timely utilizing Bickford’s process.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedure.
• Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet Bickford’s expectations for cleanliness.
