Job summary

Spring Arbor Senior Living – Frederick, MD, is hiring a Server / Dining Associate to provide friendly, attentive service to residents and guests in a warm, senior living environment.

You will greet residents, serve meals, clear tables, and maintain a clean dining space while following all safety and company protocols. The role emphasizes care, compassion, and teamwork in a busy kitchen and dining setting.

Qualifications

• Clean criminal background check.
• Must comply with Drug-Free Workplace policy.
• Preferred: Prior food serving experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests warmly and professionally.
• Serve food efficiently and with care.
• Clear tables per company protocol after each course or meal.
• Keep the dining room clean—chairs, windows, floors, and work areas sanitized after every meal.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to/from residents' apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food properly.

Schedule:

• Various days, Monday–Friday, plus every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
