McKenna Crossing in Prior Lake is seeking On Call Servers to join our team.

Weekday / Weekends Various shifts to cover summer vacations

(6:30am - 2:30pm, 10:30am - 7pm, and 4pm - 7pm)

Wage: $16.56 - $18.88/hr.+ Based on Experience

Responsibilities

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high-quality dining experience by assisting with meal preparation, dining room setup, and meal service, adhering to regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and philosophies.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate effectively with customers.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay is $16.56 - $19.45 per hour, depending on qualifications and market conditions.
