Polar Ridge, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Dietary Aide/Server to join our team! Located in North St Paul, MN, near highway 36, our community offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a beautiful 114-unit apartment-style setting. Shifts and Compensation

Part-time positions available on all shifts, including rotating weekends. Wage range: $15.50 - $20.50 per hour.

About the Role

If you are compassionate and passionate about enriching the lives of others, we want you to join our team. Our Culinary Assistants/Servers become like family and make a positive impact on our residents' lives.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in preparing, distributing, and supplying food and dishes to residents, families, and staff.
2. Set up room trays and tables in the dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in food preparation.
3. Transport carts and deliver trays as needed.
4. Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
5. Maintain a steady work pace to ensure an adequate supply of clean utensils and dishes.
6. Wash soiled dishes thoroughly.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is a plus.
• Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff.
• Advanced computer skills are preferred.
