Our Founders Ridge community is seeking Servers (Dietary Aides / Dining Aides / Culinary Assistants) to join our team.

Founder's Ridge is a small, close-knit community of residents and employees, surrounded by the quiet West Bloomington neighborhood, close to highways 169, 494, and 35W.

Schedule: Looking for someone to work every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high-quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room setup, and meal service, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate effectively with all customers.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $16.56 - $19.45 per hour. This good faith estimate is based on PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay depends on qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
