The Waterford Communities Assisted Living and Memory Care in Lincoln, NE, is seeking a compassionate Server to support our Dietary Department. You will take elder meal orders, serve meals with courtesy, pour beverages, and assist with station cleanliness in a well-lit environment.
Ideal candidates are at least 15 years old, with preferred but not required food service experience and applicable sanitation certification. Uniforms and handbook adherence are required.

Server
This position reports directly to the Dietary Director.
Physical stamina is required for bending, lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
Work is performed indoors in well-lighted and ventilated surroundings. This position requires standing and walking for the majority of the shift, with intermittent sitting. Employees may be exposed to:
Employees must be knowledgeable of and follow all safety procedures to prevent injury to themselves and others. Employees must also follow all infection control procedures and universal precautions.
Serve Safe/Clean or Level II Food Handler Permit preferred or required per facility policy.
Uniforms must comply with The Waterford’s dress code and uniform policies.
Employees are expected to follow all requirements outlined in the Employee Handbook and perform duties as assigned by the Dietary Director.
