The Waterford in Lincoln, Nebraska, is seeking a dedicated Server to join our Dietary Department. The role involves taking meal orders, serving meals in a timely and courteous manner, and maintaining cleanliness at the serving counter.

Server
This position reports directly to the Dietary Director.
Physical stamina is required for bending, lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
Work is performed indoors in well-lighted and ventilated surroundings. This position requires standing and walking for the majority of the shift, with intermittent sitting. Employees may be exposed to:
Employees must be knowledgeable of and follow all safety procedures to prevent injury to themselves and others. Employees must also follow all infection control procedures and universal precautions.
Serve Safe/Clean or Level II Food Handler Permit preferred or required per facility policy.
Uniforms must comply with The Waterford’s dress code and uniform policies.
Employees are expected to follow all requirements outlined in the Employee Handbook and perform duties as assigned by the Dietary Director.
