Job summary

Oakview Health Center in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a friendly Server/Nutrition Services Diet Aide for part-time shifts. You’ll handle meal tray setup and assist with therapeutic diets in our skilled nursing dining line, following physician orders and posted menus.

This role requires working Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3:30pm to 7:30pm. No experience is required as we provide on-the-job training, and daily pay and tuition assistance are available.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work 2 weekdays and 1 weekend shift.
• Food handler card obtainable through community.

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and portion therapeutic diets per physician orders and posted menus.
• Assist with set-up of the dining room prior to meal service and take resident meal orders.

The Server/Nutrition Services Diet Aide is responsible for meal tray set-up and the preparation/portioning of therapeutic diets for the skilled nursing tray line in accordance with physician orders and posted therapeutic diet menus. Assists with the set-up of the assisted living restaurant style dining room prior to meal service and takes resident meal orders in a courteous manner.
