Job summary

Mission Yogurt is opening Timberline Steaks & Grille at the Denver Airport and seeks experienced bartenders to join the team. Selected candidates will begin work in preparation for the grand reopening on or after November 1, 2026.

Requirements include at least one year of bartending experience, strong guest service, and adherence to safety and sanitation policies. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), parking or RTD EcoPass, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Make alcoholic beverages with provided tools and ensuring portioning and taste meet standards.

• Keep bar area clean and organized, including equipment and surrounding surfaces.
• Stock all products for the shift and prepare for the next shift.
• Provide excellent service to guests and maintain guest satisfaction.

About this position

Mission Yogurt is seeking experienced, driven, and hospitality-focused bartenders to join our team at Timberline Steaks & Grille , opening soon at the Denver Airport.

Join us for our newest location! We are hiring now in preparation for our upcoming opening. Selected candidates will begin employment on or after November 1, 2026, as we prepare for our grand reopening.

The Bartender prepares and serves quality beverages, provides excellent guest service, maintains a clean bar area, and follows all safety and alcohol service guidelines while supporting a positive team environment.

Job-Specific Duties:

• Making alcoholic beverages by using the tools and equipment given to ensure portioning and quality are under control, as well as ensuring taste quality is up to company and customer standards
• Taking guests' drink orders at the dining room and/or bar counter and placing them in the POS system
• Delivering food and drink orders to customers
• Keeping the bar counter or assigned working area clean and organized. These areas include tables, chairs, trash cans, bar equipment, floors, walls, etc.
• Stock all products needed during the shift and at the end of it to ensure the next shift is set for success
• Offer the best service to guests and ensure guest satisfaction with great quality products and services
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines

Physical Demands:

• Position requires the ability to stand up to 12 hours, climbing, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, frequently lifting and/or moving up to 20 lbs., and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
