Job summary

Mission Yogurt is hiring a Team Member/Barista for Caribou Coffee inside Denver Airport. You will take orders, handle cash, and craft beverages while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires open availability for afternoon/evening shifts (1/2 pm–9/10 PM) and offers health benefits, a 401(k) with company match, parking or EcoPass, an employee meal program, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Prior experience as a barista is preferred.

Mission Yogurt is hiring a Team Member/Baristato join our team atCaribou Coffee located inside the Denver Airport. We are looking for Team Members with open availability and who enjoy working the afternoon/PM shift from 1/2 pm until 9/10 PM.

The Team Member provides excellent customer service while supporting daily operations. This role helps maintain a welcoming, clean environment and supports smooth, accurate guest transactions while delivering efficient food and beverage service through strong teamwork. In this role, you will take orders, run the cash register, work as a barista, line prep, do dishes, and expedite.

Pay: $18.00/hr. + TIPS!

Job Responsibilities:

Ensures the safety and security of both guests and team members.

Craft high-quality beverages while providing friendly, efficient service.

Accurately handles cash transactions and processes payments using the POS system, making sure the drawer remains balanced throughout the shift.

Assess work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgment.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Address customer concerns and escalates to management if necessary.

Assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed, including taking orders, answering customer questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Clean and sanitize the cashier area regularly, especially during peak times and after customer transactions, and assist with other small tasks as needed.

Restock supplies and ensure inventory is well-maintained.

Make drinks, support on the line with prep and production as well as helping wash the dishes.

Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices.

Strong customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Must have basic food preparation skills or a willingness to learn.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
