White Lodging Services, Inc. is hiring at Aloft Louisville Downtown to deliver exceptional guest service in our food and beverage team. The role offers flexible scheduling and the ability to swap or pick up shifts via our app.

You’ll greet guests, know the menu, suggest items, ensure quality and presentation, and work with a friendly, professional team. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required; a positive attitude and teamwork are valued.

• Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure with a team-player mindset.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods, with weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
• Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance as an ambassador of our establishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
