White Lodging in Louisville (Aloft Louisville Downtown) is hiring a hospitality teammate to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage guests, answer questions, and support daily operations across food and beverage service. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Weekend and holiday availability is required; on-site position with comprehensive benefits from day one.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a friendly, safe work environment.
• Process payment methods and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as an ambassador of our establishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Provide high quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
• Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer any guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance as an ambassador of our establishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
