Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a hospitality teammate to greet guests and ensure an outstanding dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for seating guests, coordinating server assignments, and maintaining a clean entryway while upholding our service standards. This role requires excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

• Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Effectively assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and assign guests to tables.
• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete all necessary side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly and safe work environment.
• Be an ambassador by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions accurately.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
