• Guide guests to new and favorite libations; match beverages to the Mellow menu
• Craft cocktails and serve drinks while engaging with guests
• Exceed guest needs with a positive attitude and handle feedback
• Help plan and serve bar menu; take food orders and serve at the bar
• Monitor, restock, and replenish bar inventory; keep the bar area clean
• Check IDs to confirm legal drinking age for all guests
• Handle bills and payments; keep the cash drawer balanced
• Comply with food and beverage regulations; stay current on alcohol laws
