TravelCenters of America is seeking a Server for our travel centers across the country. The role focuses on providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service to guests, promoting daily specials, and processing POS transactions.

Qualifications

• Friendly, eager to provide excellent guest service.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred.
• Previous food service experience is a plus.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to guests.
• Welcome and serve customers courteously and promptly.
• Know menu items and promote daily specials.
• Process customer transactions on a POS register.
• Prioritize tasks per kitchen and dining needs.
• Maintain equipment per operating standards.
• Follow safety procedures when handling food.
• Communicate effectively with leaders and co-workers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
