Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a friendly cashier to provide excellent customer service at our full‑service travel centers. You will handle POS transactions, maintain clean food and beverage areas, and stock merchandise while delivering a courteous and efficient guest experience.

Role requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends and some holidays. We offer benefits and an opportunity for growth within TA’s nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and POS knowledge preferred.
• Cash handling skills preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions on a POS register.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked food and beverage area; clean and stock merchandise.
• Prioritize work according to store and management needs.
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe situations.
• Establish strong communication with leaders and co‑workers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
