Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Rack, build, cable, configure, and provision Intel and AMD servers.
2. Rack, cable, and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment.
3. Troubleshoot, test, and perform quality assurance on server hardware.
4. Resolve hardware issues professionally via trouble tickets.

Preferred Education

Associate's Degree or College Diploma.

Required Technical and Professional Skills

1. Operating system installation (Windows Server, Linux, Unix).
2. Experience with rack, cable, and deploying Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment is a plus.
3. Web server and database installation experience is a plus.
4. Ability to work in this country without company sponsorship.
5. Fluency in English.
6. Willingness to learn quickly, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Moderate knowledge of PC hardware concepts and components.
8. Basic understanding of internet-related services and software (mail, web, DNS).
9. General knowledge of computer networking concepts.
10. Customer-focused attitude with some customer service experience.
11. Network wiring/cabling experience is a plus.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

1. Experience with Windows and Linux platforms.
2. Experience with computer/server hardware.
3. Certifications are not required but are a plus.
