Job summary

SkyPark Santa’s Village, LLC. is seeking a Seasonal Breakfast with Santa Server. You will deliver guest-focused service during a festive event, assist with setup, beverage service, and tear-down, and work with the Events Team to ensure a memorable experience.

Availability Fridays through Sundays from 7:30am–12pm is required. Ideal candidates have hospitality or guest-service experience and can lift up to 50 pounds while staying calm in a busy environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining, buffet, and beverage stations for service.

• Maintain clean, stocked food and beverage areas and replenish as needed.
• Brew coffee and hot chocolate; manage beverage stations.
• Serve cocktails and other event beverages as offered.

• Support with running food and assisting the Events Team.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest-facing and service areas; assist with tear-down.
• Communicate guest concerns to the Events Team or manager.

Description

The Breakfast with Santa Server is responsible for delivering excellent guest service and supporting the Events Team in creating a fun, welcoming, and memorable Breakfast with Santa experience. This role assists with event preparation, buffet and beverage service, guest needs, table maintenance, and event tear-down. The position requires strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced event environment. The Server reports to the F&B Management Team.

This position is Seasonal and requires availability Friday – Sunday 7:30am-12pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned areas and ensure dining, buffet, and beverage stations are ready for service.
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive, and professional service throughout the event.
• Assist guests with questions, directions, and general event needs.
• Assist with buffet service by keeping food areas clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Prepare and brew coffee and hot chocolate and maintain beverage stations throughout the event.
• Serve select cocktails and other beverages offered as part of the event.
• Read guest needs and anticipate opportunities to provide helpful and attentive service.
• Perform table maintenance as needed, including clearing tables, replacing utensils, assisting with spills, and responding to guest requests.
• Assist with running food and beverages and supporting other members of the Events Team as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing and service areas throughout the event.
• Assist with event breakdown and tear-down, including clearing tables, buffet stations, beverage areas, and event supplies.
• Communicate guest concerns or service needs to the Events Team or manager.
• Work cooperatively with Events, Food & Beverage, and other SkyPark team members to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Follow all food handling, sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in banquet service, catering, restaurant, hospitality, or guest service preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and guest service skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with guests of all ages.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have and maintain a valid San Bernardino County Food Handler Certification. SkyPark provides.
• Must obtain and maintain any required alcohol service certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and remain on feet for extended periods.

• Ability to move and assist with tables, chairs, food service equipment, beverage supplies, and other event materials.
